The payment can be made in 40 monthly installments or 8 half yearly installments. However King Marketing can customize the payment plan to according to the requirements of the clients.

Blue World City is a flagship project of Blue Group of Companies, which is owned by Mr Saad Nazir. Moreover several Chinese firms are also investing in this huge project. Blue World City has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Shan Jian Municipal Engineering Company.

The layout plan for the society and application of NOC has been forwarded to RDA (Rawalpindi Development Authority). NOC will be granted soon.

Initial groundwork has been completed. The main boulevard and associated infrastructure is also complete. Land for commercial and residential areas has been levelled. Possession has been granted to people who bought files earlier. Houses are being built in phase 1.

Availability of utilities like electricity, water and natural gas has been guaranteed by the society. Gas pipeline is already being laid.

For the convenience of investors and buyers easy and flexible installment plans are available usually spanning to 3 years and 4 years.
